It is requested, that a message either reaches the Recipient(s) it
was dedicated to, or is discarded. A message should not be handed
out to other Identity or Computer than the one indicated by the Sender
upon posting the Message.
Intermediate Storage of the message is to be avoided or has to be
under the control of the Sender or the Recipient (identity), i.e.
one of them has to order it explicitely.
It is requested, that the asociation of a Sender with the Mail Storage
Server at the moment of posting can be verified via a Directory at
the moment of collecting a message. (Note that this may impose maintain
revoked keys on the server or in the public until message expiration).
The message encoding, format, notify message format, transmission
protocols etc. are purposely not defined in this document.
It is understood and encouraged that metadata about Sender, Recipient,
Message, etc. be generated, stored and transfered by individual protocols
or functions, however interpretation, conversion and explotation of
these are on behalf of the protocols and the mail user agents requiring
them.
