RFC 5782 states that:
The standard response for an entry is
127.0.0.2
The
rbldns
data file must contain a test record for the IP address127.0.0.0.2
, There must be NO entry for127.0.0.1
Also:

record should point to a website explaining why an IP is in the database, what the effect of this is and how to remove it (if at all).
